User Agreement

I certify that I am a student or alumna/alumnus of HEC Montréal and that I satisfy all the following criteria:

• I am at least 18 years old (we will ask for a picture ID during the application process).
• I have the right to work in Canada and I have a Canadian bank account.
• I don't have a criminal record or any pending criminal charges.
• I undertake to help a student understand the ideas and concepts necessary for her/his comprehension of a given field of study and in no case will I complete, nor will I contribute to the completion of, an assignment or any other evaluated work required for one of the student’s courses.
• I certify that I will not offer help for courses for which I am presently employed by HEC Montréal as a course lecturer or a trainee replaced by a teaching assistant. I recognize that if I do not respect these commitments, HEC Montréal may terminate my employment.
• I recognize that if I do not respect these commitments, my advertisement may be withdrawn from the site.
• I recognize that in no case may I not hold HEC Montréal responsible for any misunderstanding, financial or otherwise, that I may encounter with a student.
